[1] Once items are SOLD, they will not be exchangeable, returnable & refundable.

[2] Payment must be received from the day you submitted your order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.

[3] Please email us at [creativitylego@gmail.com] to ensure payment after payment is made. Otherwise, merchants will not be sending out on time.

[4] Upon receiving the payment, item will be post within 1 or 2 working days.

[5] All items will be packed well before being sent out.

[6] Seller will not be held responsible for any damage or items lost in post.

[7] We do not accept subjective reasons for return

[8] We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All items are in perfect condition as we deliver them out.
